Linda Roh

Midwest Regional Director of Internship Pathway

Linda Roh serves as an Assistant Regional Director of Ministry Advancement for FCA’s Midwest Region, serving Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. In her role, Linda helps provide strategic leadership to guide, build, and grow the region’s Internship Pathway, creating intentional opportunities to identify, develop, and equip the next generation of Kingdom Builders—many of whom may go on to serve as FCA staff.

Linda attended the University of Nebraska Omaha, where she played basketball and earned a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science Education. She later earned a master’s degree in Curriculum Development. After spending time at home raising their three children, Linda spent 12 years teaching and coaching basketball at the high school level. She also co-founded a youth basketball program in Lincoln, Nebraska, that grew to serve as many as 500 young athletes. Throughout those years, she remained deeply connected to FCA, serving as a volunteer for more than 35 years.

In 2022, God opened the door for Linda and her husband, Rick, to join FCA staff together as Area Representatives at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. During their four years serving UNK coaches and athletes, Linda also had the opportunity to serve as an assistant coach with the UNK women’s basketball program at the NCAA Division II level. Through those years, God grew in Linda and Rick a passion for intentionally investing in interns and young staff and clarified their calling to develop, disciple, and equip emerging leaders.

Today, Linda and Rick serve together in the Midwest Region with a heart to help raise up healthy, equipped, and mission-driven Kingdom Builders who will impact the next generation—some of whom will ultimately be called to serve on staff with FCA.

Linda and Rick have three married adult children—KJ, Josh, and Allison—and two wonderful grandchildren.
