Since 1998 Amanda Agena has seen both the legacy and the vision for FCA’s future align, launching the ministry to reach every coach and athlete with the Gospel. Amanda has had a variety of job responsibilities with FCA, including administrative support, event management and supporting staff development. She currently serves as the Midwest Region Talent Advancement Director and works to provide high-impact support and resources to recruit, hire, train and develop staff for the five-state region. 
 
Raised on a farm near Malcolm, Nebraska, Amanda’s motivation to be involved with FCA was influenced by God’s use of the organization to draw her to Himself during her college years. Amanda is inspired by the unique opportunity of leveraging the vehicle of sport to reach people with the life-changing message of the Gospel. Amanda has been married to Scott since 2013. They have two daughters earth-side and three children residing in Jesus’ presence.
