Midwest Regional Director of ministry advancement

Aaron Reasland serves as the Midwest Region Director of Ministry Advancement, providing vision and leadership for discipleship multiplication within FCA’s mission. 

His journey started at the University of Iowa where he played baseball, studied education, and was discipled in sports ministry. He went on to teach and coach high school sports in Iowa, growing in his profession and obedience to God. 

In 2011, Aaron was stirred by God’s heart for the nations and launched an international sports organization, iSPORTSi, providing access for coaches and athletes around the world to be transformed through sport. His family moved to Central Asia where he coached collegiate and professional football for 5 years while mentoring many coaches and athletes from various sports across the region. 

Aaron and his family returned to America in 2017 and joined staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in 2018. He started as an area rep leading college ministry in Eastern Iowa, was promoted to area director to build a team, then became regional director where he has played a pivotal role in developing FCA’s discipleship strategy. His extensive background in both sports and disciple making movements has helped FCA grow as an organization. 

Aaron is married to his high school sweetheart, has 5 children and lives in Eastern Iowa.
